1. Service Agreement
   The terms outlined in this agreement govern your use of our moving services. All services are subject to availability and based on the specific terms outlined in the service contract.

2. Pricing
   Our prices are based on the type of move, the distance, and the services requested. All prices provided are estimates and are subject to change based on the final scope of the move. Final charges will be determined upon completion of the service.

3. Liability
   Tangerine Movers is not responsible for damage to items that are not packed by our team or those that are inadequately prepared for transit. You may purchase insurance coverage for additional protection.

4. Cancellation
   If you cancel or reschedule your move within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply. Cancellations made after this time will incur a charge equivalent to 25% of the total moving cost.

5. Payment Terms
   Payment for services is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept all major credit cards and other methods of payment.

6. Changes in Service
   Any modifications to the service agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

7. Customer Responsibility
   The customer is responsible for ensuring that access to their home or office is provided at the scheduled time, including arranging parking and access to elevators or loading areas.
